When you shop in our online store, you will check out securely using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal – you can just enter your debit or credit card number into the PayPal screen if you prefer.
Alternate Payment Options
We will be happy to help you place your order requiring an alternate payment option. If you need to pay for your merchandise using one of the alternate payment options below, please contact our sales staff.
C.O.D. – We accept C.O.D. orders that are paid with either a money order or cashier’s check.
Personal Checks – We will ship products to you after advanced prepay of your order.
Purchase Orders – Please contact one of our sales staff if you would like to place an order via purchase order. You can also fax in purchase orders to (602) 864-1884.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day if placed by 2pm Pacific Standard Time. If your order is placed after 2pm Pacific standard time it will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm or Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. We ship via US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx with a variety of service types.
To cancel your order please call Karaoke Now! immediately at toll free (888) 669-7464 and speak to one of our sales representatives or leave a voicemail if it is after business hours. DO NOT EMAIL US to cancel an order. An email may not be received in time to pull your order from our shipping department. If your order has already shipped you will be responsible for shipping costs.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE BACK TO KARAOKE NOW! WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. THIS WILL INSURE THAT YOU WILL BE CREDITED IN THE PROPER MANNER AND YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE SENT TO THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT.
SOFTWARE AND DISCS: We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price on any UNOPENED discs from Karaoke Now! within fifteen (15) days of the shipping date if the product is accompanied by the original receipt. Karaoke Now! cannot accept for credit or exchange any opened or used software. If you are exchanging a defective disc you will only be allowed to exchange for the same product if it is available.
HARDWARE: Please do not send any equipment items (players, TV stands, microphones, etc.) without first obtaining a return authorization number from Karaoke Now! We will gladly exchange or refund your original purchase price (this does not include shipping costs) on any unopened equipment item returned within 15 day of the shipping date with your original receipt. On any opened equipment returned within 15 days of the shipping date, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Opened items after 15 days from shipping date will not be accepted for return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Please make sure to call Karaoke Now! to obtain a return authorization number. You will need to describe the problem with the product so your sales representative will know how to proceed with repair or replacement of the product. In some cases we may need to refer you to a repair facility in your area. You MUST return all items that were shipped with your order (i.e.) cords, microphone, remote, prepackaged discs, etc. The return must be accompanied by your original receipt and all of the original packing materials.
REFUNDS: Any refund, if applicable, will be mailed to the customer or credited to the original charge card within ten (10) business days of receipt of any returned items.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges will be made within 48 hours of receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. If you are exchanging a defective disc you will only be allowed to exchange for the same product if it is available.
Keep all of your original packing materials! Manufacturers will not replace items that are not sent back with the original packing. Returns must be in the original box and must be insured by you! If transit damage or loss occurs you will be responsible if your items are not insured.
